Compliance with specific requirements: statutory requirements such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Basel II, GDPdU (principles of data access and auditing of digital documents), EU Data Retention Law, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and industry standards, such as compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) requirements, require all companies to establish a system of Information Management in their IT infrastructure.

The application of ITIL standards is a major step towards establishing an Information Management system.

For this reason, TechniData IT-Service has invested in the ITIL certification of its employees in recent years. More than 30 employees currently hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate V2 or V3. The datacenter and Servicedesk at TechniData IT-Service work in accordance with ITIL standards. The TechniData IT-Service service teams use ITIL standards and processes, in consultation with the client concerned.
