The application of ITIL standards is a major step towards establishing an Information Management system.
For this reason, TechniData IT-Service has invested in the ITIL certification of its employees in recent years. More than 30 employees currently hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate V2 or V3. The datacenter and Servicedesk at TechniData IT-Service work in accordance with ITIL standards. The TechniData IT-Service service teams use ITIL standards and processes, in consultation with the client concerned.
