The SPListFormProperties tool is used to hide individual columns on the input pages (Edit, Show, New) or set these to Read Only. This functionality in this form is not possible when working from SharePoint. It is also possible to define display variables for individual columns

The SPListColumnNames tool lists all columns on a SharePoint list and allows you to change the Display Name of a column as well as change the Static Name. SharePoint does not offer this option in this form.

The SPListAlerts tool is used for changing and deleting notification settings on SharePoint lists.
