A young company with a rich tradition

TechniData IT-Service GmbH was separated from the TechniData AG on 01.07.2005. In 2009, the Chief Executive of TechniData IT-Service GmbH acquired 60% of the shares in TechniData IT-Service GmbH.

Effective 01.01.2010, the management holding company TD ITS Beteiligungs-GmbH holds 74% of the shares. The TD ITS Beteiligungs-GmbH is 100% owned by executives of TechniData IT-Service GmbH.

TechniData IT-Service GmbH currently employs over 85 staff at its main sites in Markdorf, Karlsruhe, Philippsburg, Mannheim and Heilbronn, all in germany. The company is headquartered in Markdorf, Lake Constance, Germany
